Bid Project - County Annex Building North Parking Lot

Lincoln County will be accepting bids for concrete parking lot and sidewalk replacement at the Lincoln County Annex (CSU Extension/Public Health) located at 326 8th Street, Hugo, CO 80821. Lincoln County will perform all removal of current asphalt and sidewalk. This project will only include the North parking lot facing 8^th Street, and the sidewalk attached to the North side of the building. Concrete is to be reinforced with #4 rebar on two-foot centers. 

Contractor will also be responsible for the replacement of the existing drainage pan and to finish grading. The work is to be completed prior to October 31, 2025.

Bidders are required to submit proof of worker’s compensation, as statutorily required, and liability insurance, with their bid. 

Bids must be submitted to the County Administrator’s Office located in the Lincoln County Courthouse at 103 3^rd Avenue, Hugo, CO or by mail to P.O. Box 39, Hugo, CO 80821 before bid opening at 9 a.m. on August 28, 2025. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
