Lincoln County Treasurer’s Office is planning to do our 2021 Tax Lien Sale for 2020 taxes on November 4th, 2021 beginning at 10:00 AM. We have partnered with a new company called GovEase to bring you another online Tax Lien Auction this year. You can register for the online auction at http://liveauctions.govease.com/Bidder/UserProfile. Training will be provided by their team and can be found at http://www.govease.com/bidderhelp. Questions regarding the online sale can also be emailed to support@govease.com or you can contact them at (769) 208-5050 ext. 2, or feel free to contact our office and we can help answer questions as well. Pre-bidding will be available November 3rd 2021 with them beginning at 10:00 AM to allow for bid limits to be set if you are unable to monitor the sale live on the 4th of November. Please contact us for a digital flyer to be emailed to you with information about the sale. Our sale list has been published in the Limon Leader paper and is attached below as well.
