Our foreclosure sales are held on Thursday's, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the office of the Treasurer/Public Trustee. Our next scheduled foreclosure is set for February 29th, 2024. Lincoln County Treasurer’s Office is planning to do our 2024 Tax Lien Sale for 2023 taxes on November 7th, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM. We have partnered once again with GovEase to bring you another online Tax Lien Auction this year. Beginning in November, you can register for the online auction at http://liveauctions.govease.com/Bidder/UserProfile. Training will be provided by their team and can be found at http://www.govease.com/bidderhelp. Questions regarding the online sale can also be emailed to support@govease.com or you can contact them at (769) 208-5050 ext. 2. Registration will open in October 2024. Pre-bidding will be available November 6th, 2024, online beginning at 10:00 AM to allow for bid limits to be set if you are unable to monitor the sale live on the 7th of November. Please check back for our digital flyer with information about the sale as it gets closer. Our sale list will be published in the Limon Leader paper and will be attached below as well.
