Our foreclosure sales are held on Thursday's, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the office of the Treasurer/Public Trustee at the Lincoln County Courthouse. Lincoln County Treasurer’s Office is planning to do our 2025 Tax Lien Sale for 2024 taxes on November 6th, 2025, beginning at 10:00 AM. We have partnered once again with GovEase to bring you another online Tax Lien Auction this year. Beginning October 6th at 10:00 AM, you can register for the online auction at http://liveauctions.govease.com/Bidder/UserProfile. Training will be provided by their team and can be found at http://www.govease.com/bidderhelp. Pre-bidding will be available November 5th, 2025, online beginning at 10:00 AM to allow for bid limits to be set if you are unable to monitor the sale live on the 6th of November.
